He is survived by: his wife Connie Sue Peden Bovard; his children, Chris (Tara Bovard), Jeremy (Cassady Davis), Dakota (Kayla Peden), Canaan Chapman of Cohutta, GA, Johnny Bennett (Amber Sawyer), Dylan (Kelsey Bennett), Jessica Sutton (Jared Henriquez), Misty Lee (Justin Stewart) of Dalton, GA and Amy Lee (Jason Wooten); his siblings, Wilbur (Jeannine Bovard), Charles Bovard, Michael (Ellen Bovard) and Deborah Winkler (Mike Garrett); his mother-in-law Betty Peden of Cohutta, GA; his brother-in-law Craig Peden of Cohutta, GA; his grandchildren, Maycee Bovard, Holden Wheeler, Kason Bovard, Maddy Baylog, Kylie Baylog, Jaxson Stewart, Jace Stewart, Albany Sutton, Addilyn Sutton, Briar Davis, Brantley Peden, Brody Peden, Kaylei Thomas, Raelin Thomas, Wyatt Peden, Junior Peden, Daxton Peden and Raya Wooten; and his great grandchild Hadley Wheeler. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
