He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Ramey; his parents, Cecil Sr. Ramey and Lavada Ramey; and his siblings, Marjorie Cagle and John Paul Ramey.
He is survived by: his children, Susan Barrett (Max), Carmen Clark (Kenneth), Jill Alexander (David), David Ramey (Patti) and John Ramey. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
