She is survived by: her husband Bob Leatherwood; her children, Jeffrey Leatherwood (Wanda), Brian Leatherwood (Wendy) of Murphy and Michelle Leatherwood Frum (David) of Belmont, NC; her daughter-in-law Susan Leatherwood of Peachtree; her grandchildren, Amber Leatherwood Mayo (Jesse) of Ellijay, GA, Bethany Leatherwood Wyatt (Austin) of Mars Hill, NC, Whitney Leatherwood Wilkie (Jeromy) of Ball Ground, GA, Amy Leatherwood Tart (Stephen) of Warsaw, NC, Emma Leatherwood of Orlando, FL, Anna Leatherwood of Peachtree and Erick Frum of Belmont, NC; her great grandchild Hudson Wyatt of Mars Hill, NC; her sisters, Inez Picklesimer (Tom) of Peachtree and Vallie Houston of Epworth, GA; and her sister-in-law Parris Moore. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
