It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Willie Lee Howell Jr. (Cochran, Georgia), who passed away on April 24, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Lee Howell, Sr. and Emma Lou Adkins Howell; and his niece Tara Howell Raffield.
