He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Shine, Jr. and Cora Mae Shine. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Shine; his children, Tracy Woodfaulk (Leon), Travis Shine (Crystal) and Bud Shine (Quesha); and his sister Annie Bell Thomas (L. C.).

Due to COVID-19 Masks are required for public viewing and services.
