He is survived by: his parent Myrtle Bates Fordham; his wife Faye Holland Fordham of Cochran; his children, Yvonne Booker of Cochran and Irwin Fordham of Jefferson; his daughter-in-law Pam Fordham of Jefferson; his daughter Elaine Smith of Cochran; his son-in-law Russell Smith of Cochran; and his sister Shirley Mullis of Utah. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and nine great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
