In the sacred silence of farewell, Shirley Ann is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Shirley Ann's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her husband Elmer Abbott; and her daughter Sherry Wilkes. She is survived by: her daughters, Penny Darby (Dennis), Terri Odom and Lisa Foster (Tommy); and her sister Alice Coxwell (Roger). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Harlem Memorial Cemetery (310 S Bell St, Harlem, GA 30814).
