She was predeceased by: her parents, Cary Lucas and Mollie Mae Hart Lucas; and her husband Bill Skipper. She is survived by: her daughters, Sue Phillips (Billy Ray) of Cochran and Gail Schuman (Richard) of Fayetteville Ga; her grandchildren, Staci Bisher (Eric) of Cochran, Chris Phillips (Shannon) of McDonough, Brian Goodson (Jennifer) of Newnan, Scott Schuman (Angie) of Potomac, MD and Ryan Schuman of Franklin, TN; her sister Eva Mullikin; and her sister-in-law Estelle Lucas of Cochran. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
