He was predeceased by: his parents, Eli T. "Bill" and Montine Newman Mullis; and his brothers, Jack Mullis and Ronald Mullis. He is survived by: his wife Judy W. Mullis of Cochran; his children, Tommy Mullis (Laurie), Terri Albritton (Darryl) of Perry and Todd Mullis (Kelli) of Fayetteville; his grandchildren, Thomas Mullis, Dana Hilliard (Knox), Hillary Bell (Jimi), Carson Albritton, Olivia Horton (Coby), Eli Mullis and Bailey Mullis; his great grandchildren, Renea Rigdon, Rebeckah Rigdon and Jake Hilliard; and his siblings, Johnny Mullis (Toni) of Cochran and Grace Smith (Jordan) of Cochran. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
