He is survived by: his wife Diane S. Smith of Cochran; his children, Cindy Eunice (Robert) of Simpsonville, SC, Jason Smith of Tulsa, OK and Jamie Smith (Nicole) of Cochran; his parents, Jordan Smith and Grace Smith of Cochran; his siblings, Julie Smith of Savannah, Pam Johnston (Kim) of Macon and Kevin Smith of Cochran; and his grandchildren, Rachel, Dalton Eunice of Simpsonville, SC and Lily Smith of Cochran. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid-19, facemask and social distancing will be required.
