It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert A. Watson of Cochran, Georgia, born in Deadwood, South Dakota, who passed away on June 8, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Adrain Henry and Mildred Christina Harris Watson. He is survived by: his wife Lunelle Horne Watson of Cochran; his children, Lori Watson Smith of Macon, Lita Watson Gatlin of Charlotte, NC and Luke Watson (Jennifer) of Matthews, NC; his grandchildren, Ryan Smith (Cammie), Tanner Smith (Ashley), Lawson Gatlin, Amanda Watson and Noah Watson; and his great grandchildren, Avery Kate Smith, Campbell Smith and Mattie Smith.
