He was predeceased by: his parents, John T. Foskey and Mary Alice Howell Foskey. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Foskey of Cochran; his children, Taylor and Emily Foskey of Cochran; and his brothers, Allen Foskey (Jenny) of Cochran and Tommy Foskey of Savannah. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
