He is survived by: his children, Sonya Fordham (Jason), Ray Smith, IV of Cochran and Shannon Harrell of Eastman; his grandchildren, Halie Fordham, Jay Fordham, Hannah Smith, Lydia Smith, Khloe Parker, Memphis Smith and Sophia Parker; and his sisters, Debbi Gowins (Kevin) of Byron and Diana Busby (Paul) of Warner Robins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
