It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Neil B. Starley (Cochran, Georgia), who passed away on February 15, 2019, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elisha Berry "E. B." and Omie Lee Barlow Starley; and his brother Jerry Starley. He is survived by: his wife Frances B. Starley of Cochran; his daughter Stacie Starley of Cochran; and his brother Bob Starley (Marsha) of Milledgeville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
