He is survived by: his wife Janis Faulk Abney of Cochran; his children, Mark Abney (Billie Jo) of Tifton and Doreen Harrington (Jason) of Griffin; his brother Carl Abney (Ruby) of Cochran; and his grandchildren, Will Harrington, Evie Harrington, Beth Harrington, Ella Abney and Bailey Abney.
