He was predeceased by: his parents, Reubin Smith and Mary Ruth Evans Smith; his siblings, Robert Smith, Aubrey Smith, Charles Smith and Judy Ann Smith Davis; and his nephew Shawn T. Carr.
He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Jones of Cochran; his grandson Joshua Jones; his siblings-in-law, Judy and Dwaine Barlow of Cochran; his niece Dawn Garner (Jimmy); and his nephews, Cory Smith (Frankie) and Scott Carr (Bonnie).
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mathis Funeral Home (151 E Dykes St, Cochran, GA 31014).
