She is survived by: her children, Cathy McKay (Mike), Dennis Churchwell (Lisa Childers), Jan Dollar and Steven "Danny" Churchwell (Shannon); her grandchildren, Thomas Park, Kristi Greer (Rob), Sarah Howell (David), Jennifer Parrino (Ty), Amanda Hall (Marcus), Kayse Richards (Dani), Bailey Graham, Dawson Churchwell, Michelle Stewart, Kody Mallery, Maxie Grace Dollar, John Paul Sheppard (Heather), Chrissi Bloodworth (Seth) and Stanley Sheppard; her great grandchildren, Skyler White (Breanna), Devyn Hall, Tyson Hall, Charlee Graham, Kira Greer, Lee Howell, Anson Sheppard, Rhett Sheppard, Austin Sheppard and McKinley Sheppard; her great great grandchildren, Alina White and Colson White; and her brother Austin Yearty of Eastman.
