It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lucy Thompson Mullis of Cochran, Georgia, who passed away on October 5, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lucy Thompson Mullis to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Thompson and Annie Boutwell Thompson. She is survived by: her husband Curtis Mullis; her daughter Gail Hopkins (Mike) of Warner Robins; her sister Betty Evans; her grandchildren, Candace, Kyle and Lauren Hopkins; and her great grandchild Imogen. She is also survived by great grandchild on the way; and three nephews.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the family respectfully requires that attendees wear masks and observe social distancing.
The family will accept flowers at the funeral home or donations may be given in memory of Lucy to the Alzheimer's Association, 886 Mulberry Street, Macon, GA 31201.
