She was predeceased by: her father J. D. Evans; and her brother Davy Evans. She is survived by: her husband Johnny Blash III; her daughter Brooke Kaitlyn Howell; her mother Helen Nobles; her sisters, Tina Starley, Taffy Evans Kelly Holland and Tammy Evans; her stepdaughter Brittany Kruger (Nick); her sons, Mason, Trent and Nick, Jr.; and her grandchildren, Jonathan Blash (Nayshla) and Kyleigh Jazelle Blash. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
