He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmie Wallace "J. W." Carr, Sr. and Barbara Faye Scarboro. He is survived by: his brother Jimmie "Wallace" Carr, Jr.; his stepmother Jewell F. Arnold; his wife Suzie Sawyer Carr of Cochran; his children, Colby Carr (Nora) of Warner Robins and Abbie Francis (Matthew) of Cochran; and his siblings, Regina Young (Don) of Rentz, Al Arnold (Chrissy) of Fraser, MI, Vickie Rogers (Ronnie) of Chester and Donnie Arnold (Stacy) of Eastman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
