With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Kelly Frank Belflower of Cochran, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 3, 2024 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his siblings, Marvin Clarence Belflower, Sr. of Dodge County and Rosa White Belflower of Dodge County. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Belflower; his daughters, Tori Belflower and Lena White (Dustin); and his grandchildren, Cooper Belflower of Roddy, GA. and Marceline White of Roddy, GA.. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews.
