In the vast expanse of eternity, may Kathy Foskey find peace everlasting, cradled in the gentle embrace of the universe. And as we stand on the shores of remembrance, may her legacy inspire us to live each day with purpose, passion, and profound gratitude for the gift of life itself.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Clayton, Jr. Foskey and Lucy Tidwell Foskey; her former husband Arlon Lee; and her sister JoAnn Foskey Lucas. She is survived by: her husband Jesus Cappas, Jr. of Cochran; her children, Holly Frank of Locust Grove and Lynn Bowman of Austell; and her siblings, Kaye Mullis (Timmy) of Baxley and Doyle Ray Foskey of Cochran. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Sunday, September 22nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Cornerstone Church (129 Beech St, Cochran, GA 31014). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 22nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
