She was predeceased by: her parents, James Elton and Eunice Wells Peacock; and her spouse Riley "Bud" Fowler. She is survived by: her children, Kevin Fowler (Cynthia) of Cochran and Cheryl Carr (Dennis) of Suwanee; and her grandchildren, Whitney Lombardi, Kevin D. Fowler, Jr., Matthew Fowler, Amanda Fowler and Julianne Fowler. She is also survived by two great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
