He is survived by: his son Walt Parks (Sheryl) of Cochran; his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Ethan and Eli Parks of Cochran; and his sisters, Alma Aiken of Jefferson and Clara Hemphill (Burley) of Jefferson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
