He is survived by: his wife Margaret Cox Kilpatrick of Cochran; his children, Debbie Kilpatrick, Jim Kilpatrick of Evans and Kacey Fitzpatrick; and his grandchildren, Austin Kilpatrick of Evans Ga, Zack Kilpatrick of Evans Ga and Kael Fitapatrick. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
