He is survived by: his daughter Stacy; his mother Pam Mittelstadt (Kelso); his siblings, Kris Mittelstadt (Jolene) and Kimberly Mittelstadt-Moreno (Paul); and also Stacy. He is also survived by his six children, numerous nieces and nephews.
