He is survived by: his wife Martha Yearty Churchwell; his children, Cathy McKay (Mike), Dennis Churchwell (Lisa Childers), Jan Dollar and Steven "Danny" Churchwell (Shannon); his grandchildren, Thomas Park, Kristi Greer (Rob), Sarah Howell (David), Jennifer Parrino (Ty), Amanda Hall (Marcus), Kayse Richards (Dani), Bailey Graham (Tony), Dawson Churchwell, Michelle Stewart, Kody Mallery, John Paul Sheppard (Heather), Chrissi Bloodworth (Seth) and Stanley Sheppard; his great grandchildren, Skyler White (Breanna), Devyn Hall, Tyson Hall, Charlee Graham, Kira Greer, Lee Howell, Anson Sheppard, Rhett Sheppard, Austin Sheppard and McKinley Sheppard; and his great great grandchild Alina White.
