It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jacqueline Jackie Messer of Cochran, Georgia, who passed away on September 22, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Floyd and Lillie Mae Floyd; her husband Cecil Edward Messer; her son Ricky Byram; and her siblings, Harriett Mizell and Larry Floyd.
She is survived by: her daughters, Teresa Skinner (Michel) of Dawsonville and Sherry Reeves (Robby) of Houston County; her siblings, Sharon Rowland (Tony) of Lyons and Ronnie Floyd (Winfred) of Cochran; and her close friend John Scarborough. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
