He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Winfield and Julia Carrie Bazemore Scott. He is survived by: his wife Shirley B. Scott of Cochran; his children, Connie Brown (Greg) of Howard and Jennifer Scott of Eastman; his grandchildren, Bethani McNelly (Stephen) of Columbus, Brian Brown and Will Brown of Howard; his great grandchildren, Georgia Reese and Hunter McNelly of Columbus; and his stepson Savory. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
