He is survived by: his wife Judy S. Briggs of Cochran; his children, Connie Long (Ronnie) of Cochran, Howard Briggs, Jr. (Susan) of Kathleen and Vanessa Alman (Bob) of Cumming; his grandchildren, Ashley Carson (Jared), Miranda Wells (Brad), Corey Hewitt, Nick Briggs (Ashley), Amanda Wise (Alex), Jack Briggs, Gabbie Bowman, Eva Bowman, Emily Alman and Josh Alman; and his brothers, Joe Briggs, Sr. and Robert Briggs. He is also survived by sixteen great grandchildren.
