She was predeceased by: her father Jacob Chapman Allen; and her daughter-in-law Kim Churchwell. She is survived by: her husband James "Doc" Churchwell of Cochran; her children, Tim Churchwell and Tina Foskey (David) of Cochran; her grandsons, Chris Churchwell (Cassey), Clay Foskey and James Foskey of Cochran; her mother Christine H. Allen of Cochran; and her siblings, Bonnie Horne (Wayne) of Cochran, Roger Allen (Kay) and Joe Allen (Jean) of Cochran. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
