She was predeceased by: her parents, Eli T. "Bill" and Montine Newman Mullis; her son Mike Smith; and her brothers, Jack Mullis, Ronald Mullis and Roy N. Mullis.
She is survived by: her husband Jordan Smith of Cochran; her children, Julie Smith of Savannah, Pam Johnston (Kim) of Macon and Kevin Smith (Lisa King) of Cochran; her daughter-in-law Diane Smith of Cochran; her grandchildren, Cindy Eunice (Robert), Jason Smith, Jamie Smith (Nicole) and Matt Simpson; her brother Johnny Mullis (Toni) of Cochran; her cousin Faye Mullis of Cochran; and also Tiffany Foskey. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
