It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David O'Neal (Cochran, Georgia), who passed away on July 13, 2019, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Fredrick "Fred" O'Neal. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte O'Neal of Cochran; his children, Josh O'Neal (Crystal), Jaime Poteat (Daniel) and John O'Neal (Kelly) of Cochran; his grandchildren, Elias, Eris O'Neal, Richard, Victoria Poteat and Gracie Sartain; his mother Jewel Sapp Hinson (Sonny) of Cochran; and his sisters, Lynn Floyd (Gary), Deniece Peacock (Kelly) of Chester, Robin Floyd (Keith) of Cochran, Freda Hankins (Charles) of Warner Robins and Carol O'Neal of Fayetteville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
