He was predeceased by: his parents, Le Minh Dang and Tran Thi Kheo; and his brother-in-law Cu Van Nguyen. He is survived by: his wife Thuy Lan Nguyen; his children, Amber Le, Austin Le, Ava Le and Cody Le (Hannah); his grandchild Luna Le; and his siblings, Tuyet Nguyen, Julie Nguyen, Nam Le (Renee), Von Le (Tuan), Thanh Noel (Richard), Tam Le and Hoa Le. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Mathis Funeral Home (151 E Dykes St, Cochran, GA 31014). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
