He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Maddox and Josephine Raleigh Maddox. He is survived by: his wife Betty Maddox of Leesburg; his brothers, Joe Maddox (Brenda) of Macon and Richard "Dicky" Maddox (Pat) of Houston, TX; his aunt Caroline Walters of Warner Robins; his sister-in-law Bobbie Davis (Walter) of Cochran; and his friends, Linda Douglas and Trudy Scharnhorst. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
