In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Carolyn Elaine had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Carolyn Elaine may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Dan and Annis Daniels Dean. She is survived by: her husband Herb Effler of Cochran; her children, Christy Spinks (Scott) of Cochran and Cheryl Hendrix of Eastman; her grandchildren, Bailey Sullivan and Chandler Hendrix; and her siblings, Betty Hinson (Bill) of Cochran, William "Sonny" Dean (Susan) of Eastman, Shirley Purser (Larry) of Cochran and Dell Daniel of Cochran. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Mathis Funeral Home (151 E Dykes St, Cochran, GA 31014). A memorial service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
