She is survived by: her brother Lee Phillips; her sons, Benjamin Royal Warren and Gareth Lee Welch of Cochran; her father Royal Lee Phillips of Cochran; and her sister Darlene Jones of Cochran. She is also survived by one granddaughter, one nephew, her 4 fur babies and many special friends.
