He is survived by: his children, Drake Bivins (Mary Moore) of Senoia and Camille Bivins Smith of Milledgeville; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Davis (Andy) of Atlanta, Hunter Bivins, Ethan Bivins of Senoia, Lauren Smith and Adam Smith of Milledgeville; and his brothers, Judson Bivins of Mt. Vernon and Harold Bivins, Sr. of Nashville, TN..
