He was predeceased by: his sister Dorothy Mundy. He is survived by: his wife Eula Mae Stiles; his children, Kathy Seabolt (Chris), Wanda Rice (Shawn) and Billy Stiles, Jr.; and his siblings, Hayden Stiles (Mary Lou), Roger Stiles (Margaret) and Sue Brown (Goldman). He is also survived by six grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren.
