We are sad to announce that on August 27, 2018 we had to say goodbye to Barbara L Carter (Cochran, Georgia), born in Baltimore, Maryland. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her children, Robin Jeanette and Raymond Carl Carter. She is survived by: her husband Edward Theodore Carter of Cochran; and her sons, Ted Carter (Laurie) of Tellico Plains, TN and Kenneth Carter (Kim) of Parkville, MD. She is also survived by five grandchildren and a great granddaughter.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation or Hospice Care Options.
