He is survived by: his wife Stacy Thigpen Forrest of Cochran; his children, Deanna Forrest of Lumber City, Amber White (Tyler) of McRae and Zachary Forrest of Cochran; his stepson Bryant Maddox of Cochran; his grandchild Renley White of McRae; his parents, Linda S. Forrest of Alamo and Tommy Forrest, Sr. of Helena; and his siblings, Tommy Forrest, Jr. (Tammy) of McRae, Steven Forrest (Lynn) of Chauncey and Ada Powell (Jerry) of Glenwood. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
