He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Yon and Ama Yon; his son Glenn Yon; his grandson Matthew Bugg; and his siblings, Cynthia Burn and Percy Yon.
He is survived by: his daughter Nikki Moore (Ken); his grandson Justin Bugg; his great grandchild Aubrey Bugg; and his siblings, Ralph Yon, Vilma Hoskins and Frederica Youde (Donald). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
