She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus "Buck" Collins and Eva Mae Hendrix Collins; her sisters, Mary Alice Collins Fields and Virginia Ann Collins Hart; and her brothers-in-law, Homer Fields, James Hart and Mel Mock.
She is survived by: her caregiver Willette Mock; her brothers, Buddy Collins (Melita), Danny Ray Collins (Debby) and Larry Dean Collins (Betty Jo); and her close friend Keith Harvey.
