Joyce Nail Oliver Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 2, 2020, Joyce Nail Oliver of Cobbtown, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Odis Nail and Gertie Sikes Nail; her sister Jean; her brother-in-law Jim Reynolds; her brother John Bernald Nail; and her niece Lynn Alberson Fail.
She is survived by: her husband Carroll Oliver of Cobbtown; her daughter Ginger Oliver (Stacy) of Hilton Head, SC; her sisters, Janice "Poochie" Nail Alberson (Elbert) of Cobbtown and Betty Nail Kulick (Bill) of Cobbtown; and her sister-in-law Vera Rogers.
Joyce was a past board member of Miss Tattnall County Pageant and also worked with American Cancer Society.
