She was predeceased by: her husband E. J. Collins; and her siblings, Roger Carter, Vondell Blaxton, Truman Sewell, Aaron Sewell, Louise Conner and Merle Sikes.
She is survived by: her daughters, Joyce Bishop Williams of Lyons and JoAnn; her son-in-law Steve Phillips of Jacksonville, Florida; and her sister Marion Davis of Jacksonville, Florida. She is also survived by five grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
