She was predeceased by: her parents, John B. Lanier and Rebecca Cannady Lanier; her husband Madison Callaway; and her children, Roy Callaway and Peggy Calloway.

She is survived by: her children, Earl, Bob Callaway and Faye Callaway Neely. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews.
