She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Sharpe and Myrtle Sharpe; her siblings, Merlene Webster and Hugo Sharpe; her daughter-in-law Betty Waters; and her brother-in-law Danny Blocker.
She is survived by: her children, Allen Waters (Joanna) of Daisy, Charles Waters of Daisy and Jenine Hutcheson of Claxton; her sister Brenda Blocker of Gooseneck; and her former husband Billy Waters of Claxton. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
