He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Lillie and Dorothy Cecilia Hofschulte Lillie; and his wife Maxine Wohlers Lillie. He is survived by: his children, Robyn Ratajczak (Tom) of Asheville and Thom Lillie of Smyrna, GA; and his grandchildren, Todd Ratajczak, Ross Ratajczak and Camille Lillie. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
