He was predeceased by: his fiancée Melanie Yvette Williams; and his parents, Kathryn Woods Deason and John "Henry" Deason. He is survived by: his brother John Deason (Kimberly) of Statesboro; his nieces, Courtney Capps (Casey) of Brooklet and Amber Deal (Noah) of Brooklet; his nephew Chase Deason; and his great-nephews, Oliver Capps and Knox Deal.
