He was predeceased by: his parents, Lowell, Sr. Morgan and Marguerite Exley Morgan. He is survived by: his wife Betty Logan Morgan; his children, Lowell Morgan, III (Grace) and Debbie Johnson (Chris); his grandchildren, Josh Moody (Ashley), Austin Morgan, Taylor Hess (Watson) and Michaela Moody; his great grandchild Emma Moody; his siblings, Gloria Sinclair and Ronald Morgan, Sr. (Charlene); and his brother-in-law Walter Logan (Mary). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
